 <How to write>-Apply for qualification test

* This application must be accurately written in the following manner.


 1. Photo field 16.26: taken within the last 6 months

※ 120px in width and 150px in height / Please make sure to upload a photo of your upper body with the same original plate in a size not exceeding 1MB.


2. All contents must be accurately written.


 3. Events 2,18,28: You must accurately list the qualifications you wish to take. “Yes” Food Coordinator Level 1


 4. Item number 3.19,29: The item number of the item you wish to take must be accurately stated. (The item number is provided by the Association Secretariat.)


 5. Name 4,20,30: Please write in Korean, but in the Chinese character column of the original, the Chinese character must write in English.


 6. Resident registration number 5,21,31: Resident registration number must be clearly stated in the column.


 7. Address 6 should be a resident registration address and address 24 can be reached at any time.


 8. The contact information should be written in the phone number or home number where you can be reached.


 9. Final Education: Final school. It should be divided into attendance, graduation, and completion and check the relevant column and enter the name of the major.


10. Exemption and Addition Points: Only those who apply for test exemption under the provisions or

subject exemption under the provisions, or for additional points, must apply.


* Those who are eligible for test exemption and additional points will not submit documents that prove their eligibility (graduation certificate, career certificate, etc.) within the submission period (4 days from the announcement date of the candidate who will pass the exam) Otherwise, the prospective acceptance will be void.
